Same problem with Check Point VPN-1 SecureClient

I had the same problem while trying to preview a local database on my browser.
Checking my log.nsf showed the following error:
HTTP Server: Error - Unable to Bind port 80, port may be in use or user needs net_privaddr privilege
HTTP Server: Shutdown
I stopped the VPN client and was able to successfully preview the local nsf on my browser.
